Argentina offers you the most turistic diversity in Latinamerica. A country does has almost three million square kilomeetres. Argentina is the fourth bigger country in America and has a unique range topography, climates and vegetation.
Since 1981, the UNESCO has distinguished Argentina by registering certain properties of natural and cultural relevance located in its territory on The World Heritage List.

El Calafate - Perito Moreno Glacier

In El Calafate you will find the gateway to the majestic world of glaciers. This town is near Lake Argentino, a green water surface covering 1,600 km2, with a length of 60 km. and a width between 12 and 14 km. It also has great mysterious depths, like all lakes originated from glaciers, ranging from 35 mt. in Feruglio, on the southern shore, to 300 mt. off the Avellaneda Península.

 

Cataratas del Iguazu - The land of great rivers

It is the region of great rivers, humid tropic, red earth and virgin jungle covered with giant trees and extraordinary wildlife. Iguazú means “big waters” in guaraní language, and their nature has created one of the marvels of the world, the Iguazú Falls.
Exuberant beauty which extends over the Iguazú National Park, the Saltos del Moconá, the Río Pilcomayo National Park, the Esteros del Iberá. Human presence remains in the Ruins of the Jesuit Missions, like San Ignacio, declared by UNESCO as cultural heritage for mankind.

 

Mendoza - Where the wines are born and the sun always shines

Situated at the foot of The Andes, Mendoza is the capital city of the homonimous province and the most important city of the West of Argentina. It is one of the most chosen tourist destinations because of the various interesting activities available in the region.
The very well known “Ruta de los Vinos” (Route of the Wines) deserves a special mention. You will be able to visit ancient cellars and taste excellent wines that are product of carefully chosen grapes.

 

Salta - A shelter for tradition and pre-colombian art

Coming down the Cuesta del Obispo you visit Valle de Lerma, with Salta “La Linda” (the pretty one), perhaps the most colonial styled city in the country.
From there departs the Train to the Clouds wich reaches a height of 4.200 meters high beyond San Antonio de los Cobres (163 km from Salta).
You can take an excursion to Quebrada de Humahuaca, and visit San Salvador de Jujuy, and later cross over the natural access to the high plains. Red hills create a frame for Purmamarca, Maimará, Tilcara and Humahuaca (126 km), with their adobe houses and historical chapels, and the prehispanic ruins of the Pucará Tilcara.
